PUBLIC OFFER of Fizz VPN digital service for individuals

This document is an official public offer in accordance with Articles 435 and 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and defines the terms of Fizz VPN digital services.

1. Terms and definitions

1.1. Service - the Fizz VPN digital VPN access service.
1.2. Operator - Fizz VPN.
1.3. User - a legally capable person accepting this Offer.
1.4. Service period - paid access period selected by the User.
1.5. Acceptance - payment, service activation, or receiving access credentials.

2. General provisions

2.1. Fizz VPN provides VPN access service under this Offer, and the User agrees to pay for the selected service period.
2.2. The contract is considered concluded at the moment of acceptance by the User.
2.3. Payment confirmation means full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.

3. Service delivery

3.1. Orders are placed via https://fizzvpn.io and/or Digiseller payment forms.
3.2. After payment confirmation, access is provided automatically or manually through support.
3.3. The User is responsible for providing correct information required to fulfill the order.

4. Payment

4.1. Current pricing is shown in the payment interface.
4.2. Payment is considered complete after confirmation by the payment system.
4.3. In case of pricing technical errors, Fizz VPN may cancel the order and refund the paid amount.

5. Returns

5.1. Refunds are processed according to the Refund page.
5.2. Refunds are available only under the grounds stated in the refund terms.

6. Service usage rules

6.1. The service is provided for personal use by the User.
6.2. The User must:

  • comply with applicable law;
  • not use the service for illegal activities, attacks, spam, fraud, or malicious actions;
  • not perform actions that affect service stability or infrastructure security;
  • not share access credentials, keys, or configurations with third parties in violation of subscription terms.

6.3. The User is prohibited from:

  • attempting unauthorized access to information systems;
  • using the service for DDoS attacks, phishing, or malware distribution;
  • bypassing technical limitations set by Fizz VPN;
  • using P2P traffic on servers not designated for such traffic.

6.4. Fizz VPN may:

  • change service functionality, pricing, and terms;
  • perform maintenance and technical works;
  • restrict or suspend access if this Offer is violated.

7. Liability and limitations

7.1. The service is provided on an “as is” basis.
7.2. Fizz VPN is not liable for:

  • failures caused by the User’s device, ISP restrictions, or third-party services;
  • inability to use the service due to incorrect User actions;
  • consequences of using the service in violation of law.

7.3. Fizz VPN does not guarantee uninterrupted operation in all network conditions or compatibility with all devices/software.
7.4. The User is solely responsible for legal compliance when using the service.

8. Personal data

8.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
8.2. Detailed terms are provided in the Privacy policy.

9. Final provisions

9.1. Fizz VPN may update this Offer unilaterally; the updated version becomes effective upon publication.
9.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiations and, if unresolved, in accordance with applicable law.
9.3. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
