These Refund Terms define the refund process for users of the Fizz VPN service.
1. General provisions
1.1. Fizz VPN provides a digital VPN access service.
1.2. By paying for the service, the user accepts these Refund Terms.
1.3. Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable law and the terms below.
2. When a refund is possible
A refund may be granted if:
- the service was not delivered after confirmed payment;
- there is a confirmed technical inability to use the service due to Fizz VPN;
- service unavailability exceeds 24 consecutive hours.
3. When a refund is not granted
Refunds are not granted if:
- the service has already been used (at least one successful connection);
- the issue is caused by the user’s device, ISP, or incorrect setup;
- the user violated the service usage rules;
- the request has no technical grounds;
- the subscription period has expired.
4. Request procedure and timelines
4.1. Refund requests are accepted within 7 calendar days from the payment date.
4.2. The request must include payment date and amount, reason for refund, and, if available, transaction ID and payment proof.
4.3. Requests are reviewed within up to 3 business days; in some cases, up to 10 business days.
4.4. Refunds are made to the original payment method when technically possible; actual crediting time depends on the payment system and bank and may take up to 30 calendar days.
